Great Pocono Raceway Airshow 2021

I have never tried to take a photo of anything going 500 miles per hour. And it was just as much fun as it sounds.

Had the wonderful opportunity to photograph "The Great Pocono Raceway Air Show" this year for lehighvalleylive.com. So much fun and give so much credit to the amazing pilots who put on an amazing show even after the sadness of the previous day and loss of pilot Andy “Trav” Travnicek, a member of the GEICO Skytypers Air Show Team. My heart goes out to the Geico team and their families. The Thunderbird’s final pass Saturday was a missing man formation, an aerial salute to honor Travnicek, which was heartbreaking in itself and absolutely beautiful.

All in all, do something new. Challenge yourself, because you never know how long you have to explore this gorgeous world.
